Vision

To infuse positivism and values in students and enlighten them about the History of our Nation and the World, to enable them to possess proper perspective of the glorious past so that they could resolve the issues of the present and future with confidence.

Mission

  • Mould the students as ideal Citizens with deep knowledge of History which professes unity in diversity of our Country.
  • Prepare the Students to lead to ensure peace, harmony and prosperity for all.
  • Encouraging the Students to possess an exploring and critical bent of mind to analyze and organize facts.
  • Make them become familiar with the historically important places and their significance. Guide the Students eligible for jobs in educational institutions, Civil Services, Defense Services, Administrative Enclaves etc.

Goals

  • Both in strong core in curriculum and in the major programme. We train students' in historical content and methodology towards responsible citizenship and serious scholarship.

Objectives

  • To describe historical events from multiple perspectives.
  • To formulate sustain and justify a historical agreement using original ideas.
  • To support arguments with historical evidence drawn from Primary and Secondary sources.
  • To avoid plagiarism and state in their own words
  • To utilize crucial vocabulary of Political, Social, Intellectual and Economical History.
